Karwan Hussein Qader obtained his PhD in 2019 in Computer Network Fault Management Utilising Artificial Intelligence from the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom. With a wealth of experience in higher education and academic advising, he has been serving as the Dean of BEST Technical and Vocational Institute since October 2024. His professional background includes teaching and conducting scientific research at both international and local universities, such as the University of Portsmouth, Tishk University, and Cihan University. Currently, his efforts are fully devoted to advancing BEST Institute, where he focuses on promoting technical and vocational education and leveraging his expertise to foster a modern academic environment.
